Winter Fair Adult Table

Please note the following information:

Confirmation: You will receive a separate confirmation with further information from our organizers within three business days. If you do not receive one, please check your spam and junk folders, then email us (winterfair@orlapta.org).

Table Sizes:

• Adult vendors will receive a 5’ or 6’ table.

• Please be aware that the tables are not craft fair booths. If you have a small shelf or display that can be placed on your table, that is fine. If you have a larger display that must sit on the floor, please contact us (winterfair@orlapta.org) to see if we can accommodate it in your allotted space.

• The ORLA PTA Winter Fair is first and foremost for our students. Any adults wishing to have more than their single table are welcome to let us know in the more information section, and we will make second tables available for purchase at the same $15 price on a space-available basis the week before the fair. If you do not purchase a second table, please plan to fit your items on your one table.

Location in the Fair: As we did last year, we will have tables in both the gym and the commons. If you have a preference for one space or the other, you are welcome to indicate that on the form. If you have no preference, you can just leave it blank.

Food Sales: The Olympia School District does not permit the sale of food intended for consumption on the premises. If you wish to sell any item that might fall under this restriction, please reach out to us in advance to confirm whether it’s allowed.

Checkout: Please don’t forget to go to the cart and complete your check out after entering your table information. Your spot is not reserved until you have checked out. Your table fee helps cover the cost of hosting this event.
